My name is Eric Brashears. Through numerous combat deployments, I, my family and friends have dealt with the injuries and loss of a number of Brothers and Sisters in Arms. My wife Nicolle and I often thought of the things those parents never got to teach and experience with their children, and how those children’s lives are affected by their injuries or absence. This gave us the idea to bring together young men who are children of fallen military heroes, first responders, and other unique circumstances of loss to participate in our training.

Our mission is to change the life trajectory of 12-17 year old boys; ensuring a productive future for those willing.

Drawing on experiences from more than 22 years in Special Forces and more than 100 combined years of teaching and working with children, we’ve developed a program that provides challenging outdoor, individual and team events, mentorship, coaching, and positive role modeling that can help build a foundation on which these young men can grow and thrive.

Integrity.  Leadership. Effort.  Team work. Loyalty. Humility.  Challenge. Self-discovery.  These words reflect our core beliefs, guide us daily and serve as the bedrock of our programs.

For those willing to put forth the effort, our weekend and short summer camps challenge and educate young men to become better equipped to handle the challenges of life, to be leaders in their communities, and to become productive citizens of our country.
